My Trade gun and shooting bag

Above, Caywood's version of a "Wilson Chief's Grade" .62 cal Smoothbore Flintlock

I've refinished the stock and thinned the wrist a little.

Above, one of my shooting bags.  Twined from hemp, approximately 6" tall by 7" wide.  Right now it has a black-dyed braintan leather strap.  Made by Nathan Lenz

Another of my shooting bags with accoutrements.  It's a 6-1/2" wide x 7-1/2" tall heavy braintan deerskin pouch with fingerwoven hemp strap and deer hair tinkling cones.  Wing bone turkey call, shot "snake", ball bag, musket tool, linen for patching, tow, spare flints wrapped in leather, home made "bee grease" lube (beeswax, bear grease, and unsalted lard) in small tin, powder measure, pan whisk and pick. All made by me except musket tool from Ken Purdy.

Above: my powder horn. Simple white cow's horn, hand forged staple, pine plug, sealed with beeswax.  Fiddle horn stopper, twined/fingerwoven/plaited hemp strap. All made by me.
